DEKRA, Rusatom Service and ZAES signed a trilateral Memorandum of understanding.
Rusatom Service JSC signed a trilateral Memorandum of understanding on cooperation in the field of nuclear infrastructure and personnel training with JSC “VPO ZAES” and DEKRA Finland Oy.
Rusatom Service JSC signed a trilateral Memorandum of understanding on cooperation in the field of nuclear infrastructure and personnel training with JSC “VPO ZAES” and DEKRA Finland Oy. The main goal behind the signing was to broaden the cooperation in the sphere of nuclear education and personnel training, for which Rusatom Service JSC is partly responsible.
A special importance in relation to personnel training was given to cooperation development in the area of education and personnel training for procurement and equipment quality control, as well as maintenance of HR development at existing and future nuclear power stations and nuclear research facilities.
The Parties thus agreed to establish and develop mutually beneficial relationship in the specified area through implementation of particular agreements, which will include, among others, capacity assessment as regards joint Finnish and Russian cooperation on personnel training in third countries, and shaping a basis for joint participation in international tenders on creating nuclear personnel training centers in third countries
The Memorandum was signed on May 14th, 2018 at International Forum Atomexpo 2018 held in Sochi. It was signed by the General director Mr. Evgeny Salkov as Rusatom Service JSC representative, by the director Sergey Butskih as JSC “VPO ZAES” representative, while the Managing director Matti Andersson signed the Memorandum on behalf of DEKRA Finland oy.
