Your personal data is stored and handled in accordance with GDPR

DEKRA Industrial AB (hereinafter DEKRA) is responsible for processing your personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
 

The information we store about you will not be used in other ways than to:

  • Inform you about times for inspection

  • Manage customer logins etc. in our systems

  • Give you access to information about inspection objects

  • Give offers from DEKRA

  • Send customer surveys

  • Carry out customer relations, analysis, marketing and direct marketing, both postal and digital (e-mail)

If you receive an offer from DEKRA and do not want to receive more, you can easily unsubscribe. All mailings contain information on how to proceed.

We do not disclose information to third parties without your consent.
 

Handling of personal data

The information about you as a customer is stored in a database and used during the time you have a customer relationship and for a period thereafter.

Personal data may also be disclosed to other companies for necessary processing on behalf of DEKRA, for example in connection with printing and distribution.

Furthermore, personal data may be supplemented by obtaining data from public registers.

You can at any time request free information about personal data or withdraw your consent. You can also request that data to be deleted, altered, or blocked if it turns out to be incorrect or incomplete. You do this by submitting a written, self-signed request to:
